This is the third time that I have used the company's services during my visit to Bulgara. The service was fast, efficient and courteous, the car was excellent, and the price was good, very recommended.

Great customer service and a wide range of vehicles offered. The pricing is affordable and multiple pick-up and delivery services are offered which is very convenient, especially airport pick-up. Would recommend.

JET Rent a car was excellent. I've never had better service from a rental agency. We were helped above and beyond when we had a problem (which was 100% our own making), and Jo really came through. The car was in great shape, and we had requested an early pickup and late drop-off and we were greeted promptly. This office is a 15-min walk from Plovdiv train and bus stations, and is super convenient. I wholeheartedly recommend this agency for their service and ease of use alone. Automatic cars are available, and prices are super reasonable (some of the best around). Thank you for making our trip to Bulgaria memorable because of your help!

We received wonderful service from Vivorent at Konstantin Velichkov.
We arrived at Plovdiv Airport as a Family with two kids and a large buggy. I had made an error in choosing a car that did not have a large enough boot space for the luggage and buggy but the gentleman that met us, Konstantin, was so accommodating and suggested we meet back at the office to try another vehicle that was due to return on the same day.
The team went out of their way to get the new car cleaned and turned around for us outside of working hours as we collected the car after 6pm and were on our way.
The car was perfect and made our lengthy drive ahead so much more comfortable.
Everything was arranged at the same original price booked and I couldn't praise the service highly enough.
We would definitely use the service again.

This place is amazing. They were very flexible with our rental and accommodated an early arrival which was then delayed by two hours because of our train! The car was in great shape and very clean. On top of it all, the manager went above and beyond when we got locked out of the garage the car was in-he truly made our entire trip and enabled us to make it back home on time! Incredible and kind service, I can’t recommend it enough!

Mr. Barukchiev did the impossible for me when found a car for me to pick me up from the airport in the peak of the summer when all others cancelled my request. We go to Plovdiv every year as my wife's family live there, I think this was my fourth time renting with Vivorent (maybe third, can't quite remember) I will continue to use them every year. They are better value, better service and quite frankly just more honest than any car rental company I've ever used. They don't try and rip you off with false claims about scratches, they have reasonable rates, and they're good people. Big fan.

I've been renting with Hertz for many many years but last time I went to Bulgaria they didn't have an available cheap car. So I turned to TopRentCar and LowCostCar Bulgaria and got scammed. Then I came across Vivo Rent Bulgaria and all I can say is that from now on all cars I rent every time i come to Bulgaria will be from these guys. Top service, great selection of cars and very affordable prices.

Amazing service and incredibly accommodating staff. We had arranged to pick up the car at the crack of dawn, way before opening hours, and it wasn’t a problem. When our train got in two hours late, there was not a hint of irritation, just quick, professional service. We also had some shenanigans dropping the car off, and again, we’re accommodated, and helped. Though we apologized profusely, and we’re not jerks, we still fall under the umbrella of difficult customers, yet we’re never made to feel like that. Super professional and incredibly helpful.
